Please note: It is recommended that you change your password regularly, especially if you feel that your login credentials may have been compromised.
- Click Manage. (Speak to your administrator if you do not have permission to this tab.)
- Under User Settings, click Personal settings.
- Ensure that the tab Personal Details is displayed.
- Click on Change password, which is located at the bottom of the window.
- Enter your current password. (Click here to learn what to do if you have forgotten your password).
- Enter a new password and confirm the new password by re-entering it.
- Click Change.
Password requirements: must be a minimum of 12 characters and contain at least one number. For added security, your password is checked against a password blacklist, preventing the use of common passwords or passwords that are easy to guess.
