If you cannot remember your password for On-Road IoT or you are logged out of your account, you can reset your password from the On-Road IoT login page by using your login name:
- Click on the link next to, Forgot password?:
- Enter your username (your valid email address).
- Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email for the password reset request.
- Click the link in the email. If the link does not work, copy and paste it into your browser. Please note that the link will expire 7 days after the email has been sent. Check your junk mail if you cannot find the email.
- You will now be able to enter a new password. Type the password again in the confirmation text box to ensure the spelling is correct and click Submit.
- Click the Login button and enter these new credentials when you want to access the application.
Password requirements: must be a minimum of 12 characters and contain at least one number. For added security, your password is checked against a password blacklist, preventing the use of common passwords or passwords that are easy to guess.
