Use these steps to replace a commissioned VisionAI device on an asset with a new unit. The 10-digit serial number of the replacement device is printed on the label of the new unit.
- In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Assets.
- Search for the relevant asset and click the link in the asset description column.
- Click the Mobile device settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Streamax details section.
- Click Change mobile device next to the commissioned serial number.
- Choose the relevant mobile device type if this has changed.
- Select a new configuration group if necessary.
- Enter the 10-digit serial number of the replacement device.
- Click Save.
The serial number field is locked after initial commissioning. You must use the Change option. The field cannot be edited directly.
