Push notifications alert you to high-risk events in real time, for example, panic alerts, and link directly into the app for quick access. Notification rules can be configured in either the Unity web portal or the Powerfleet Manager app.
To receive push notifications, the Powerfleet Manager app must be running in the foreground or background, and notification permissions must be granted on your device.
Viewing notifications**
- Tap Notifications in the main menu to see a list of all received notifications.
- The most recent notification appears at the top.
- Tap a notification to open the event details, including any video or picture evidence.
- To mark a notification as read, swipe it or use the top right menu.
- To delete a notification, swipe it or use the top right menu.
- To mark all as read or delete all at once, tap the top right menu and select the relevant bulk action.
