The Powerfleet Manager app supports two platforms: On-Road IoT and Unity Connect (Pointer Connect). When you open the app for the first time, you are prompted to select which platform to sign in to.
- Open the Powerfleet Manager app.
- When prompted to select your environment, select either On-Road IoT or Unity Connect to be taken to the correct sign-in page.
- If signing in to On-Road IoT, select your server/region from the dropdown list, e.g. UAE.
- Enter your web application credentials — the same username and password used to log in to the On-Road IoT or Unity Connect web app.
- Tap Sign in.
If you need to switch platforms before logging in, tap the Switch to… link at the bottom of the sign-in page to navigate to the other platform's login screen.
Make sure you are signing in to the correct platform. On-Road IoT users must sign in on the page that shows "On-Road IoT" in the title. Unity Connect (Pointer) users must sign in on the page that shows "Unity Connect" in the title. Using the wrong login page will result in an error.
First time setup
- Select your organization.
- Check the box next to the relevant sites that must be displayed in the app.
- Tap CONFIRM.
- Tap Allow when asked if you want the Powerfleet Manager app must send you notifications.
