What does it mean that the app is still a beta version?
This is an early, pre-released version of the mobile app ready for testing by a larger group of people. The app is stable and in working condition and opened up to users for feedback.
Will I still be able to use the old MiX Fleet manager mobile app?
Yes. The old app is still available but no longer supported. No new features will be added, and any issues or errors may not be fixed.
I have added my correct credentials but get an error
Make sure you are logging into the correct app. Unity Connect (Pointer) users need to see the Unity Connect title on the login page. On-Road IoT users need to make sure the relevant On-Road IoT banner shows on the login page.
What features of the old app have not been migrated yet
- Ability to create and edit an asset.
- Live tracking an asset on the map.
Missing features will be evaluated before migration
