Require a supervisor name for critical issue reports by drivers

This setting enables you to require drivers to enter the name of a supervisor when reporting a critical issue. 

This setting is optional and is turned off by default.

Permission: You will need the "Maintenance status" permission to access this feature. 

• Look for the heading: Report failed checks to supervisor
• Check Require drivers to enter a supervisor name to enable this setting.
• Click Save.

This setting is turned off by default. When enabled, drivers must enter a supervisor name before they can submit a critical issue report in the EasyCheck app.

The name of the supervisor who the issue was reported will be shown on the inspection record.
