Update NovaTrack token and URL

Permission : You will need the "IoT data connector management" permission to access this feature.

1. In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
2. Under Fleet Admin, click IoT data connector.
3. On the NovaTrack block, click the cog icon.
4. Click Update credentials.
