View the results of various health checks for assets in an organization or site.
Filtering by site Ignoring and restoring assets
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Support tools, click Health check.
- Select the organization or site from the list at the top.
- Filter the list by typing in the filter bar at the top. You can search any text for the asset description or the site.
The page only displays commissioned assets that have failed at least one health check. Assets that are not displayed on this page are likely considered healthy.
- The counter at the top displays the number of unhealthy assets in the list.
- The Mobile device status column will show an "X " indicating a failed health check. Assets are considered unhealthy (meaning the device has not communicated) when one of the following conditions occurs for 72 hours before the time of assessment:
- No positions were returned (specifically for the mobile device source, i.e. when no position came from the Vision camera device).
- No end of trips were returned.
- No events are triggering or returned (excluding Vision events).
- The number of days in status column will show the number of days after the 72-hour health check (e.g. 5 days after the 72 hours, or 1 hour for the VisionAI: Storage exception event.)
- A Vision connection status is considered unhealthy (showing an "X ") if there were no connections to the Streamax server for 72 hours before the time of the assessment.
- The Vision Integrity Status is considered unhealthy when Streamax reports one or more active faults at the time of its last connection to the server. A fault is considered active if it has a recorded start time but no end time. This status covers the following fault domains:
- Storage faults (SD card missing, faulty, or full)
- Positioning faults (GPS module missing or faulty)
- Camera faults (camera disconnected or video loss) Please note that power-related faults are not included in the Vision Integrity Status.
Filtering by site
This is useful for excluding sites with stock on the shelf that do not communicate.
- Click the site selection button at the top right of the page.
- This shows all sites within the organization.
- Select the sites to include in the grid. The grid and health badge totals recalculate based on the selected sites.
At the bottom of the page a Last update timestamp will show when the page has last been updated. The timestamp is in your current time zone, and uses your format preferences. (e.g. UTC+02:00)
