Permission: You will need the Health Check permission under Support Tool to access this feature.
View the results of various health checks for assets in an organization or site.
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Support tools, click Health check.
- Select the organization or site from the list at the top.
- Filter the list by typing in the filter bar at the top. You can search any text for the asset description or the site.
The page only displays commissioned assets that have failed at least one health check. Assets that are not displayed on this page are likely considered healthy.
- The counter at the top displays the number of unhealthy assets in the list.
- The Mobile device status column will show an "X" indicating a failed health check. Assets are considered unhealthy (meaning the device has not communicated) when one of the following conditions occurs for 72 hours before the time of assessment:
- No positions were returned (specifically for the mobile device source, i.e. when no position came from the Vision camera device).
- No end of trips were returned.
- No events are triggering or returned (excluding Vision events).
- The number of days in status columns will show the number of days after the 72-hour health check. E.g. 5 days after the 72 hours, or 1 hour for the MiX Vision: Storage exception event.
A Vision connection status is considered unhealthy (showing an "X") if there were no connections to the Streamax server for 72 hours before the time of the assessment.
The Vision storage status is considered unhealthy if the timestamp for the last "MiX Vision: Storage exception" event is less than an hour before the last Streamax connection timestamp to the server.
Note: When the status is unknown (i.e. the device has never communicated with the server), a dash symbol ('-') will be shown in this column.
