If a report field or column for an asset displays an ‘n/a’ value, the asset’s tracking device is either not capable of delivering associated data due to hardware constraints (no tractor power interface, no external sensor installed), or if the necessary hardware is installed, the asset has not had display of the associated data enabled by marking a cargo, mount, and/or door sensor as installed for the asset.
Track & Trace (GSM-D100) devices are not compatible with either cargo or door sensor accessories, or external power line connections.
Chassis (GSM-D150) devices are not compatible with cargo or door sensor accessories.
Dry Van (GSM-D300) devices are not compatible with mount sensor accessories.
Intermodal Container (GSM-D400) devices are not compatible with either mount or door sensor accessories, or external power line connections.
