When running data on the voltage for the PCA fleet results showed that either there was no change in voltage over a month or some timeframe, or the voltage was at 1.1 (see tables below).
The vehicle will need to be near a WAM so that we can remotely connect to that vehicle using Node Util. Once connected we need to perform the steps below.
