If asset groups have been created under a Fleetview company account for defined subfleets or geographic locations, assets from one or more subgroups may be selected for report generation using the Asset Group Context Selector, located in the top left hand corner of the browser window, next to the Fleetview label. By clicking on the bracketed blue hyperlink, a pop-up will appear with a listing of asset groups available for view by the user.
Select the desired group(s) to be included in report generation by clicking on the checkbox next to the group name, and click ‘Apply’. Visibility Assets and Landmarks view screens and reporting tool reports will load using the applied asset group selection until it is updated.
Note: Parent groups are displayed in the Group Context Selector pop-up window in bold text. Parent group asset selections will consist of any assets assigned to the parent group, along with any assets assigned to child groups for that group.
