Problem: 
Client reports getting an "Error: Click For Details" window after clicking on the Vision icon on the CITRIX website.

Cause:
After resetting your Internet Explorer settings, all custom settings were also erased.

Resolution:
The website - https://vmsapps.id-systems.com needs to be added into the EXCEPTION List in the Java Runtime Environment.
In order to do that please follow the steps below:

1. Click START > JAVA > Configure Java
   

2. Click on the Security Tab
   

3. Click "Edit Site List..." and then click Add
   

4.Type "https://vmsapps.id-systems.com"" and then click OK to continue

5.Now that the URL is added > restart your browser and go to https://vmsapps.id-systems.com. The error should be resolved now, however, you may need to make one more configuration change.

6. If you receive the Security Warning below, check the two boxes and click RUN.  Note: The second box will only be available if you click on the Show Options selection where it Hide Options is displayed below.
