Firmware version 5.10.14 is being released as a hotfix to address specific issues identified in the previous 5.10.12 and 5.8.16 firmware versions.
New features and enhancements
- Added support for the following APNs: CommsCloud, Belgium Orange, Jamaica Digicel.
The following issues have been addressed
- Drivers will no longer experience intermittent failures when presenting tags to the reader. This resolves previous issues with unsuccessful driver identification.
- Agricultural exemption will now end correctly when ELD drivers exceed the 150 air-mile radius limit.
Update recommendations
- This hotfix release only addresses these specific issues, but it is recommended that all devices in the field running firmware 5.10.12 should be upgraded over the air (OTA) to version 5.10.14.
- It is also recommended that any stock received or stock currently in the pipeline be upgraded either via the serial upgrader before installation or OTA once installed.
