Assign vehicle inspection templates to assets

Permission: You will need the "Inspection templates - Assign to assets" permission to access this feature, with the update permission to make changes.

1. Find the relevant template in the list.
2. Search for a template by entering text in the filter bar at the top.
3. Click the actions menu (three dots) at the end of the row.
4. Select Assign assets.
5. All the assets in the organization will be displayed, you can enter text in the top search box to filter assets.
6. Check the box next to the assets that you want to assign.
7. Click Save.

Once assigned, the template will be available for the asset in the EasyCheck mobile app.

Important Notes

• Any asset can only have one inspection template per Type (e.g., one pre-trip inspection template at a time).
• If a vehicle already has an inspection template of the same type assigned, you will be prompted to confirm whether you want to replace it with the new template.
