If you forgot your password to sign into the mobile app, you can reset it:
- Open the EasyCheck app on your mobile device.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Forget your password:
- Enter the email address that was used to sign up.
- Tap Send verification code.
- Open your email inbox and look for noreply email with the subject "Password reset".
- Copy the verification code displayed in the box as shown below.
Make sure the email has not been delivered to your spam or junk mail folders. If you are still not receiving an email contact your fleet administrator to make sure the entered email address has been signed up. Fleet administrators can learn more in Set up driver authentication.
- The mobile app will now ask you to supply the verification code. You can either enter or paste the code in here or request to Send new code by clicking on the relevant button if you have not received the email.
- Tap Verify code.
- You can now enter a new password.
- Reenter the password to confirm.
- Tap Continue.
