A fault code or diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is a code that a vehicle uses to communicate and alert a person to a specific problem with an aspect of the vehicle, also typically indicated by a light on the dashboard.
Users can view fault codes for all Ford OEM-connected assets or those with a CR100, CalAmp, MiX 4000, MiX 6000, and Ruptela mobile device. Fault codes are processed and stored as a message type. View all active fault codes on the Assets page.
