Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Lists reports under report category.
The Info Hub Event report shows all the details associated with selected events that were monitored in an Info Hub stream during the date range given. The report will allow a user to see the Info Hub-specific actions against each event. The report will also highlight multiple actions from different users against each event and show events where no action was taken.
The data for the Info Hub report will be available for 7 days after recording.
Settings
- Click on the Select button to search for specific events and check the box next to the event name or select all by checking the box in the header.
- Choose whether you want to display all events or only actioned events.
- You can also choose which of the journey management alerts you want to see by checking the boxes next to the relevant statuses (if enabled).
