Permission: You will need the "Assets - AEMP providers" update permission and the Fleet Admin add asset (commission) permission to sync providers.
To ensure that the most up-to-date assets for a provider are displayed in On-Road IoT, synchronize the asset details with the details from the provider.
- In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
- Under Fleet admin, click Assets.
- Click the AEMP onboarding, cog wheel icon.
- You will now see a list of all AEMP providers.
- Click the downward action arrow at the end of the relevant row and select Sync.
- On the left, you will see a list of all the assets from the provider that are not commissioned in On-Road IoT.
- Select the assets that you want to include in On-Road IoT by checking the box next to the relevant equipment name.
- Click Commission.
- Click Confirm to add these assets.
Note: If you get the message “No assets available for provider” it could be that an invalid accountid has been provided, or that no equipment is available for the provider.
- Click Close to return to the main window.
Your assets will now be available in the assets list. You can sort by configuration group and look for the Default configuration group for AEMP.
