View coaching insights per driver

Permissions: You will need access permission to the Driver debrief dashboard to see this feature.

• Click Monitor.
• Under Driver Coaching, click Driver debrief dashboard.
• Click on a panel on the driver debrief dashboard under the Debrief completion overview section.

• This will show each team or group ordered from worst to best performing supervisor/team based on the RAG score. Click on the team or supervisor panel to view information by driver:

• You can sort the drivers by RAG score or by uncoached behaviors, i.e. coaching due. Tap the downwards arrow at the top and select your preference:

• Each driver panel as shown above will display the following information per driver:
  1. The driver's RAG (red/amber/green) score based on scoring model for the organization.
  2. Shows if the RAG score improved or worsened since the last interval. A red downward arrow shows a decline and a green upward arrow shows improvement.
  3. The total uncoached behaviors. There can be many events linked to a behavior. 
  4. The total events that were triggered.
  5. Total distance that the driver travelled during the interval.
  6. Where the driver ranks within the team. 

• Click on a driver name to update the information on the right hand side. 

On the right you will see a summary of the team performance at the top and a graph that displays a RAG (red/amber/green) scoring trend of the last 4 intervals with the interval selected on the Debrief overview page displaying first. This graphs displays a weekly / biweekly or monthly trend based on what was selected in the settings. You can change the interval period if you have the relevant permissions.  

• Use the tabs at the top to view the drivers due for coaching or click on completed to view the drivers that have been briefed with a date and time stamp of when this occurred. 
• When you click on any of the uncoached behaviors next to a driver's name you will see a list of the behaviors and the number of events. 
• View a debrief history by clicking on the tab at the top. Read more in View driver debrief history

Use the back button at the top to go back to view the teams on the Debrief overview page.  ←
