Create and send a new job

  1. Click on Monitor
  2. Under the Jobs & Messaging heading, click on Message box
  3. Click on Create New
  4. Click on Job
  5. Click on Select assets to select to which asset the Job should go to
  6. Enter the from and to date for when the job must be completed
  7. Complete the message details

Check the box if the message is a high priority and should be moved to first in the device in-box

  • If the job has an address then click on click here and select one of the options.
Location • Enter the system location
Address • Enter the address and then select the correct one from the list • Check the box if the address should be added as a system location
Latitude / Longitude • Enter the co-ordinates • Check the box if the address should be added as a system location
  1. Click Select
  2. Click Save to send the message
  3. Select the option to send now and click Save
