Create a decommissioned site

Decommissioned sites are used to group decommissioned assets together. When you create a new organization you have to create a decommissioned site.

1. Click Monitor
2. Under Fleet Admin, click Organisation groups.
3. Click on the add site button:
4. Enter the site name.
5. Add a note if required.
6. Click Save.

*Now that the site has been created, you can mark the site as a decommissioned site specifically. *

7. Click Manage.
8. Under Operations, click Organisation settings.
9. Click on the Decommissioned sites tab on the left.
10. Click on the Select site text link.

11. Click on the required site.
12. Click Select - t he site will now be a decommissioned site. * You can now select another site if required. Up to five sites can be selected for decommissioning.
13. Click Save.
