A site represents a physical location where your drivers are based and your assets operate from; for example, a depot, branch, or regional office. You can organize sites by region, state, department, or any grouping that works for your business.

- In the right-hand panel, select the organization name under which you would like to create the site.
- Click Add site,

- Select Site in the dropdown list.
- Enter a descriptive name for the site, e.g. a branch name or physical location like Florida deliveries.
- Select the time zone you want to apply to the site. The organisation timezone is applied by default.
- If required, specify the range of driver IDs, asset IDs or worker ID's if you want to restrict ID ranges per site by checking the box next to the relevant ID and then enter a number range from and to.
- Enter an optional note.
- Click Save.
The site will now be listed under the relevant organisation.
Important Notes
- You can add groups between the organization and site to a maximum of 5 levels deep.
- The site is always the lowest level down. You cannot click on a site and create a site under it.
- Assets and drivers belong to the site level.
- Permissions and security can be applied based on these groups.
