Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Hours of Service reports under report category.
The Time Entry Summary Per Site Report details the duration that drivers have spent in a Time Entry sub-status for a period of time. You have to have the Time Entry solution enabled to view this report.

Note: Only the drivers that are enabled for Time Entry will be listed (This is enabled on a driver level, on the Hours of service tab).
Columns
- Site Name
- Organization ID
- Driver ID
- Driver Name
- Employee Number
- Date
- Shows duration of duty status with sub-status, e.g. DOT Driving and Total Driving or DOT On Duty Not Driving , Training , Yard Time and Total On duty not driving indicated in hh:mm.
- Shows a Driver Total at the bottom after each of the individual rows.
Please note a limit of 6 months worth of data is applicable on this report.
You can view the date and time that drivers have last synced their HOS data with On-Road IoT in the HOS Overview screen.
