The info hub contains information streams for:
- Job statuses
- Messages
- Rovi messages
- Tracking messages
- Journey management information
- Commands to the mobile device
- Active events
You need to add a new stream to see information on this page. When you create a new stream it is visible to you and not to the entire organization / site.
- In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
- Under Info Hub, click Streams.
- Select the organization, site, or group you want to view from the Miller columns.
- Click the Add stream icon.
- Enter a descriptive name for the stream, for example, Over speeding events - Florida branch.
- Check the boxes next to the items you want to include in this stream, for example, all job statuses, messages, and journey management alerts.
- Check the box if you want to be notified by a sound when these events occur.
- Click Next.
- Select the required assets. Click + next to the organization name to expand and view the available groups. Click + again to select individual assets only.
- Click Save.
