New features and fixes:
- Firmware APN list changes and additions made for AT&T, Verizon, and Proximus.
- Multiple changes were made around CAN initialisation, interrupt handling, and message handling to ensure a more robust operation.
- Comms improvements have been implemented to manage SIM card read errors at start-up more effectively.
- Comms improvements for UBlox modems to allow more time for network response before implementing the required comms back-off strategy.
- Changes were made to allow DTCO downloads to resume correctly without delays.
