Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Journey Management under the report category.
The purpose of the Assignment Breakdown report is to show journey activity for a single depot or all depots in the organization over a selected date range.

- Date range selected
- Site(s) - Name of all sites selected separated by a comma. This excludes sites a user has no access to.
- On-time minutes
- Summary table (Summary for the time period)

Will show a total of all journeys broken down
- Journey Date
- Total Journeys - Number of journey requests in draft and approved workflow status.
- Total Assigned Assets - Number of approved journeys for the site for the day.
- % Assigned vs Planned - Total Assigned Asset/Total Schedules
- Departures from Depot - The number of journeys which were set to a status of in-progress, i.e. departed the start location
- % Departures vs Assigned - Departures from Depot/Total Assigned Asset
- One or More Customers Hits - Journeys which departed the start location and arrived at at-least one planned journey stop location.
- % Hits vs Departures - One or More Customers Hit/Departures from Depot
- Total Stops - Stop locations in every planned journey.
- Total Hits - Journey stop locations which have an actual time recorded against it once the journey went in-progress.
- On Time Hits - Based on calculations, not alerts. On-time if recorded arrival time is within x minutes of planned arrival at journey stop. Accounts for dynamic ETA adjustments.
- Early Hits - Based on calculations, not alerts. Early if recorded arrival time is before planned arrival time at journey stop. Accounts for dynamic ETA adjustments.
- Late Hits - Based on calculations, not alerts. Late if recorded arrival time is after x minutes of planned arrival at journey stop. Accounts for dynamic ETA adjustments.
• Hit Rate % - Total Hits/Total Stops
• On Time Hit Rate % - On Time Hits/Total Hits
• Early Hit Rate % - Early Hits/Total Hits
• Late Hit Rate % - Late Hits/Total Hits
