This functionality is available on the CalAmp Premium and CalAmp Lite devices. CalAmp Tracker devices do not report odometer or engine hours.
The odometer and engine hour values can be set for the asset, and will update from the new baseline value.
- In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Assets.
- Search for the relevant asset, click the three dots menu at the end of the row and select Edit.
- Click on the Mobile device settings tab on the left.
- Click the Set odometer or Set engine hours button.
- Enter the relevant value.
- Click Save.
Important note: If the asset is currently in trip then the new odometer or engine hours value will only be applied once the asset is out of trip and will be calculated based on the end of trip odometer/engine hour reading. The updated value will only be displayed in On-Road IoT at the end of the next trip.
