View asset list – Powerfleet Knowledge

Using On-Road IOT	Using Unity Portal
Click Monitor	Click Organization admin
Under Fleet admin, click Assets.	Under Organizing your fleet, click Assets

You will see a list of all assets.
Search for a specific asset by typing text in the global search box at the top.

Filter

Located on the left is a category filter; the filters can be accessed by clicking on the filter headings:

All	Lists all the assets in the organisation
Not downloading	Lists all the assets that are not downloading.
No mobile device	Lists the assets that do not have a mobile device installed.
Available	Lists all assets with a status of available.
Not Available	Lists all assets with a status of unavailable.
Decommissioned	Lists all the decommissioned assets.
Reminders due soon	Lists all the assets that have reminders due, e.g. license to be renewed.
Reminders overdue	Lists all the assets that have reminders that are overdue, e.g. license renewal.
Scheduler actions	List the assets for which scheduler actions have been scheduled.
No SIM	Lists the assets that have no SIM card.

Add or Remove a column

Click on the column selector in the top right corner of the asset table.
Click on the name of the column that needs to be added. A checkmark indicates that the column will display on the page. If you click on the column name again, it will be removed from the page.

Asset status	Green - asset is moving - the asset is moving (speed more than 3 mph or 5km/hour) with a time interval less than the next expected AVL. If the current received position timestamp and the device's AVL frequency (obtained from the configuration), with a 90-second buffer, are greater than the previous position's timestamp, the status will be green. Orange - Unknown - This happens when your vehicle has not sent a latest position, e.g. it went underground (e.g. into a basement parking, etc.) and will update as soon as the system has received a new position. The status will turn orange if no data is received after the last configured AVL time, once the 90-second buffer has passed Grey - asset is stationary - the asset is stationary (speed less than 3mph or 5km/hour).
Asset Description	Name of the asset; clicking the link will open the asset details for viewing or editing.
Asset ID	Unique asset identification number.
Asset type	Type of asset, e.g. Light Vehicle, Boat, Passenger Vehicle, etc.
Beacon serial number	Serial number for MiX Tabs Beacon.
Config upload date	Date of the last config upload.
Configuration group	The configuration group that the asset is in; clicking the link navigates to the Configuration Groups page and loads the relevant config group.
Country	Country where the asset was registered.
Engine hours	Total engine hours.
Fleet number	The asset fleet number.
IMEI	The asset IMEI.
IMSI	The asset IMSI number.
Last position	Date of the last position.
Last trip	Last trip that the asset completed.
Make	Asset Make.
Mobile device	Mobile device installed.
Model	Asset Model.
MSISDN	The MSISDN number.
Odometer	Odometer reading after the last trip.
Registration number	Asset registration number.
Site	What site the asset belongs to.
Status	Asset status.
VIN number	Asset VIN number.
Year	Asset registration year.
