Ford OEM connects supported Ford vehicles to On-Road IoT through the Ford OEM API, with no onboard computer (OBC) installed in the vehicle. Ford OEM is supported in the US, the UK, and Europe.

What you need
- A Ford vehicle supported by the OEM integration.
- A valid Ford OEM account and credentials, as applicable.
- Permission to manage libraries.
What you can do
- Make the Ford OEM mobile device available to your organization.
- Commission a Ford asset to the default configuration group for Ford OEM, which makes the VIN a required field.
- Have the asset automatically enrolled in the Ford OEM data service once commissioned.
The vehicle is required to be turned on for the Ford OEM enrollment to be completed.
Set up a Ford vehicle
