Access the Roadside inspection module from the HOS landing page. You can only access this once you're connected to an asset.
Here you can show the authorized official your driver info, log graph, and log viewer.
If you have any uncertified logs, EasyELD warns you and gives you the option to either certify your logs (tap REVIEW) or continue to the roadside inspection screen (tap LATER).
- Tap the tabs at the top to show your log graph or log viewer.
- Tap next to the active driver name to switch to the unidentified driver profile. This shows all unidentified driving associated with the asset you're currently connected to.
- Tap the arrows next to the current date to switch to another day.
- Tap the legend button to view a description of the color-coded logs.
Your event records display in the log viewer, categorized per ELD requirements:
- Change of duty status, intermediate logs, and special driving conditions (Personal Conveyance and Yard Moves).
- Login/logout, certification of RODS, data diagnostics, and malfunctions.
- Comments, remarks, and annotations.
- Engine power up and shut down.
Send Roadside inspection report
- Access the Roadside inspection module from the HOS landing page.
- Tap Send Report.
- Choose whether to send the report by email or a web service.
- Enter the relevant details.
- Tap to enter an annotation. Select from a list of pre-defined remarks or tap Other to enter your own.
- Tap SEND.
Exit Roadside inspection
- Tap BACK to exit the roadside inspection.
- Enter an annotation.
- Tap OK.
