Use this if you've forgotten your EasyELD password or want to set a new one.
- Open the EasyELD app and go to the sign-in page.
- Tap Forgot your password above the SIGN IN button.
- Enter the email address or mobile number you used to sign in.
- Tap SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
- Open the text message or email containing the verification code. It comes from a noreply address.
- Enter the code in the verification code field.
- Tap VERIFY CODE.
- Enter a new password and retype it to confirm.
Your password must be between 12 and 64 characters and include a letter, a digit, and a symbol.
- Tap CONTINUE.
The app checks that you've entered a valid contact method and will warn you if it isn't recognized.
We can't seem to find your account
If you see this message when signing in or resetting your password, your login name doesn't exist in On-Road IoT. Ask your administrator for your login name, which can be your email address, mobile number, or a custom username. If you don't have an account yet, your administrator must enable you as a driver in On-Road IoT first.
