Reset an expired password

For the more security conscious customers, the password expiry functionality will allow that passwords automatically expire after a configurable set period of time.

This is fully customizable and is set on user level either when creating a user account or when editing an existing user.

• When your password has expired and you try to log in, the system will notify you that your password has expired and will email you the password reset link. 1. Open the email and click on the link or copy the link into your web browser. Please note that the link will expire in 7 days after the email has been sent. 2. Enter your current password. 3. Enter a new password.
• Retype your new password. 1. Click Submit

The user status will now be changed back to Active.

Password requirements: must be a minimum of 12 characters and contain at least one number.

For added security, your password is checked against a password blacklist, preventing the use of common passwords or passwords that are easy to guess.
