The mobile device library comprises a full list of the available mobile devices e.g. MiX 4000, MiX 6000, FM3316, mobile phone, MiX Vision AI, etc. Within this library you can perform the following functions:
- Define the mobile devices that the organization will make use of in the creation of mobile device templates, by making them available for the organization (see below).
- Edit the default mobile device settings for an organization.
Note: Changes made to the default mobile device settings will not cascade to the mobile device templates or configuration groups using this mobile device.
- Click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Libraries.
- Click the Mobile device library tab.
- Click on the three dots menu next to the relevant mobile device.
- Click on Make available.
Now that the device has been enabled on the organization you can configure the mobile device properties.
