If you are unable to log in to the Plug Management Utility application, or continue to experience other issues, first close the application completely and then try again.
- Navigate to Programs & Features or Apps & Features or Installed apps on your computer (depending on your operating system) and uninstall the program completely.
- Go to your computer's main hard drive (usually C:) and open the MiX Telematics folder.
- Delete the Plug Management Utility folder.
- Now open On-Road IoT to download and reinstall the MiX Plug Management utility.
- Click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Plug Management.

My PMU still crashes or does not respond when the plug read button is clicked:
