- Click on the organization name to select the required organization and/or site. The organization name is listed in the first column and sites and groups in the next columns. You can search for an asset/driver using the Miller columns.
- Click on the calendar icon to select the to and from dates.
The maximum date range is dependent on the Data retention settings of the organization, but a custom maximum of 31 days applies.
- Click on the list view icon to see a drop-down list and select a set time period, e.g. Last 3 days. This becomes available once you click on the calendar icon.
- Click the check icon to submit your chosen date range.
- Click on the locations icon at the top right to select the locations that must be displayed on the map.
- Click the events icon at the top right to select which events must be displayed on the map.
- Search for the relevant location or event from the list using the bar at the top. Enter any text.
- Check the box next to the required item that must be shown on the map.
- Click Select. The number next to the locations or events will update to indicate the selection.
- Choose between tracking Assets or Workers by selecting the relevant tab at the top.

- Search for a specific asset by entering the registration number, the asset description or fleet number and tap enter or click the search icon.
- You can choose to only show assets with trips for the selected period by checking the box at the top of the list and/or only show assets with DT.
Each row displays the number of events that occurred, the registration number, asset description, fleet number, the asset icon and total distance. Assets with video events will display a video camera in the Events column.
- Click on the + next to the row to expand and view additional sub-trip information, such as trip start, trip end, the duration of the trip, the distance of a trip and the maximum speed reached in a trip.
- You can further expand the event information to see when the asset departed, when it arrived, the duration, distance and max speed of the trip. Expand more (continue clicking the +) to see the start time and end time of an event as well as the event type.
- Click the menu at the end of the row to show/hide the trip on the map, show the trip on the trip timeline or to view the trip on Google Earth.
- The flag indicates the start of the trip.
- An arrow shows the direction that the asset has traveled.
- Events are indicated by the exclamation mark. Hover over an event to see more details.
- The asset icon represents the current position of the asset.
To instantly clear multiple trips plotted on the map, click the "Hide all" button on the map layer located at the top next to the map selector.
